Purifying Salicylic Toner is for oily skin because it is antiseptic and will help dissolve the top layer of your skin and inside the pores (dead skin cells) to improves the look and feel. Rosemary Essential Oil has antioxidant and antiseptic properties; Geranium Essential Oil has calming and balancing properties; and Lavender Essential Oil is known for healing and rejuvenating skin. Your skin will feel super clean and refreshed!
· Salicylic acid is a beta hydroxy acid (BHA) that is credited with improving skin thickness, barrier functions, and collagen production. SA can exfoliates inside the pore as well as on the surface of the skin, which makes it effective for reducing blemishes, including blackheads and whiteheads.
· Rosemary Essential Oil improves circulation which helps nourish and cleanse skin.
· Lavender Essential Oil is credited with rejuvenating, calming, balancing and healing.
· Geranium Essential Oil is said to calm and balance skin and moods.
· Skin will feel fresh and clean.
· After cleansing, dispense a quarter sized amount of toner onto a wetted cotton pad and apply liberally to face, neck and chest to refresh and cleanse.
· Stroke upward on the skin. This toning step helps remove residual cleanser and brings the skin's pH back into balance. Repeat as necessary.
· While the skin is damp, therefore more absorbent, apply Synergy Serum(s) and/or Hydrating Gel.
Ingredients: SDA 40, Propylene Glycol, Deionized Water, Salicylic Acid, Sodium Metabisulfite, Ascorbic Acid, Rosemary Essential Oil, Geranium Essential Oil, and Lavender Essential Oil.
Sunburn Alert: This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun & particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
